Chapter 6

You woke up the next morning feeling warm and snuggled as you realized that you had fallen asleep in Meta knights room last night.

You thought about the events that played out between you two and you blushed.

Oh, yeah...you were a couple now, he had kissed you after your confession.

You now realized that the reason why you felt warm and snuggled was because Meta knight had slept beside you and wrapped his cape around you.

You listened to his breaths as he slept and you guessed that it was still early in the morning.

Turning to snuggle against his sleeping form, you felt him stir and you realize he woke up.

Meta knight woke up and noticed your sleeping form, he then realized that he had slept without his mask on.

He would need to look for it but right now, his thoughts turned to you as he noticed that you were awake.

“Good morning Meta..” You spoke with a yawn.

His look softened and he reached and caressed your face while he captured your lips with his.

You moaned while you enjoyed the wonderful feeling of being kissed by the person that you loved.

He was dominant, yet gentle as you kissed him back.

He separated from you when you needed air and answered you.

“Good morning _____...sleep well?” He asked and you nodded.

“Yes, you kept me warm and snuggled all night.” You said and you heard him chuckle.

“That's good my dear...” He said and captured your lips again.

You felt a ticklish bolt strike through you when he kissed you again.

You felt him ask for entrance as you opened your mouth and his tongue was ever so eager to explore as it clashed with yours.

You moaned at the new sensation as the heated kissing continued but then he had to separate from you for air.

“Time to get up _____, there's still training for you to be done.” He said while you felt reluctant to get up because of how warm and snuggled you were.

He got up and found his mask, putting it on, he then pulled his cape from your form making you shiver for a short moment.

You got up and got ready for training that day.

Even if you were a couple now, he would still push you hard during training.

You for now had decided to work hard to become stronger until the day came when you would go back to your old home to confront your father.

At least you weren't going back alone, Meta would be there by your side to reassure you.

The rest of the day was spent on training and when evening came, he had kissed you good night as you retreated to your quarters.

A whole moth passed by and now you truly felt that you were stronger.

The crew of the halberd was quick to pick up on that there was something going on between you and Meta knight.

You had spent more time with him than ever before and you had visited his quarters more often.

It was pretty much official that you were a couple, yet you both agreed on keeping affectionate display to the minimum in public.

Even though you caught him wanting to hold your hand, that was one you would allow him to do.

When you were alone however now that was a completely different story.

He never went any further than kisses and caresses though, he said that kind of affection is best suited after marriage.

You agreed and wondered if he was considering marrying you in the future.

He told you after you have confronted your father and put that conflict to rest.

Only then could you both plan a future where you would get married.

Now it was time, tomorrow was the day when you would go home to confront your father.

Needless to say you were nervous and you were having trouble sleeping tonight.

You walked the halls of the halberd and then made your way to Meta knights quarters.

You knocked at his door and he told you to come in.

Walking inside, you were greeted with a hug from him.

“Good evening my dear _____, need to talk?” He asked and you nodded.

“Yeah...I feel nervous about tomorrow.” You confessed and you felt Meta take your hand and lead you to his bed.

He sat down with you and pulled you into his embrace.

“Everything will be fine _____, I will be there to protect you and to encourage you all the way.” He spoke in a soft tone while you felt him caress you lovingly.

You smiled and relaxed against him, feeling loved and wanted.

“I love you Meta...” You spoke out with a sigh.

You heard him remove his mask, pulling away from his embrace, you felt his lips upon yours.

You would never get tired of his loving kisses, no matter how many times he kissed you.

You kissed back as you opened your mouth to let him deepen the kiss as his skillful tongue clashed with yours, making you feel weak in the knees.

You let out a moan of satisfaction as the make out session continued until you had to pull away for air.

“I love you too ____...” He said slightly out of breath and you felt him kiss your forehead.

He then decided to let you stay, to make sure that you fell asleep.

“____, sleep beside me tonight..” He said and you complied by pulling away from him and crawling under the covers while he joined you and wrapped his cape around you.

You snuggled against him feeling warm, content and most of all you felt at peace as you felt him stroke your hair lovingly until you fell asleep.

Meta knight stared at the young woman in his embrace as you slept peacefully.

The love he felt for you, couldn't be conveyed in words, he admired your bravery and your determination to become stronger.

He truly looked forward to the day when he would take your hand in marriage and start a family with you.


For now however, he needed to stay by your side and help you resolve the problems that you had with your father.

It wasn't long before he found himself falling asleep with you in his arms.

Morning came and you were awoken with a kiss from your boyfriend, telling you that it was time to get up.

You woke up got ready and ate breakfast before going to train a bit more before going back to your village.

The time eventually came and you felt a knot of nervousness form in your stomach as you and Meta knight flew down to your village.

He landed outside your house and you felt his had on yours, caressing it in a comforting manner.

You opened the door to your house and stepped inside, keeping your guard up at all times.

You smelled the disgusting smell of alcohol and vomit as you entered and sure enough he was there.

“You! Where have you been for the last months?!” He asked furiously and you heard him rise up.

“That is none of your business, Dad! I've come to settle a few things with you!” You said with a determined tone, almost not believing that it was you that spoke.

“None of my business?! Since when do you talk so high and mighty?!” He asked shouting and you heard his angry steps towards you.

He was about to punch you but he missed when you dodged him and gave him a mighty blow with the back of your blade.

He fell to the floor and was about to get up when he felt a blade on his back.

You sent a appreciative glance over at Meta knight before turning your attention to your father.

“Why dad? Why drown your sorrows in alcohol when mom won't come back? Do you seriously think Mom would be happy to see you like this?” You asked with a grave serious tone.

Your father became silent and then grumbled out “If it wasn't for you, then your mother would be still around!”

“Don't give me those lies! I know for a fact that mom loved me! She wouldn't carry me for nine months and sacrifice her life to bring me to this world for nothing! If I died in her womb, do you seriously think she would be happy?!”
You asked and your father became silent.

“No, she wouldn't! You have serious anger and alcohol issues Dad! Too many times have you abused me both verbally and physically almost to the point of killing me! I won't stand for it anymore! You have two choices dad, Seek help in solving your issues or continue like this and die from alcohol poisoning! The choice is yours!” You said and turned to leave.

“I'm leaving this house dad, I am sorry but you have damaged so much in our relationship that I don't see myself returning and trusting you anytime soon, goodbye dad.” You said and left the house.

Your father was left on the floor, silent before starting to cry.

“What have I done?! I am despicable! I'm a failure of a father” He shouted out becoming remorseful because of his actions.    

“What you can do, is to repent and start fixing your problems Mr.(Last Name) the relationship with your daughter might not be completely fixable but at least you can try to pick up the broken fragments of your relationship and fix it to the best of your abilities.” Meta knight said and retreated his sword while your father still lied on the floor as a sobbing mess.

“...Okay...I will seek help...just take care of my daughter, give her the love I failed at giving her.” Your father said and got up in a sitting position and put his head in his hands.

“Good and I will take good care of your daughter however if I ever see or hear of you abusing or hurting your daughter again! I will personally hunt you down and kill you! Understand?!” Meta knight asked in a deadly calm voice.

Your father stared wide eyed at the masked knight and gulped nervously.

“I understand!” He spoke out almost sounding scared as he watched Meta knight leave.

Meta knight left your home and found you standing outside.

He saw you shake and he saw that there were tears in your eyes.

He went over and pulled you into his embrace.

“You were very brave _____, it's all over now, let's go home.” He spoke and lifted you up in his arms while you clung on to him.

“Thanks...I couldn't have done this without you Meta...I love you..” You said as Meta knight flew off to the halberd with you.

That night you spent the night in his quarters and from that moment on you decided to move on with your life and put all the conflicts behind you for good.

six years passed and now you were Meta knights wife and you were now parents to a five year old girl named (Mothers name).

She was the slitting image of her father people said but had her mothers personality.

She often asked you how her mommy and daddy met and you told her leaving out the abusive parts about your father.

Speaking of him, you heard that after you had confronted him, he had gone and gotten himself counseling and joined a therapy group for letting out his anger and frustration.

Now he was doing well but you weren't ready to talk to him yet.

You were at least glad he listened to what you had to say that night.

“Mommy? I asked you a question!” Your daughter spoke out to you pulling you out of your thoughts.

“Is it true that daddy saved you like a knight in shining armor?” She asked and you answered.

“Yes he did, just like a knight in shining armor!” You said and you heard your daughter giggle.

“Do you think I'm going to meet my knight in shining armor someday?” She asked and you laughed.

“I'm sure you will someday meet your knight in shining armor (Mothers name), let's just hope daddy doesn’t chase him away.” You said and your daughter laughed.

Your daughter was in her bed and getting ready to go to sleep for the evening.

You told her a bed time story and now she was asleep.

You were now living in a two story house just near the beach in orange ocean.

Going down to the living room, you heard the sound of your husbands armor.

“Is she asleep?” He asked and you wondering what he was getting at.

“Yes, she is, she wondered if she would meet her own knight in shining armor someday, just like I did.” You said and you heard him laugh as he embraced you.

“She probably will and I will not give up my daughter without a fight.” He said and you laughed.

“Oh you...I love you..” You said and Meta knight removed his mask and kissed you passionately.

You kissed him back and you could truly say that you were glad that your knight in shining armor had found you.
